As a weight loss in a gym fitness Advisor, has been our policy that every new Member will be evaluated by me. Due to, I have met many people with different weight who have been struggling with weight loss for a long time. Some people are aware of their current state of weight; Some are in denial, while others simply don't care.
Many people have a different from what is ideal weight perception. Some say that it is one hundred pounds, while others say that it is one hundred and fifty. These numbers may be correct, but do you know your ideal weight is determined together with the height?
During the physical evaluation of new members, one of the basic things to discuss with them is your BMI or body mass index. Through the body mass index, I am able to determine if the client is weight lower than normal, normal, overweight, obesity or extremely obese. In this way, together with their trainer fitness, we are able to formulate a program designed specifically for that customer in particular weight cash management.
BMI or body mass index is a tool widely used by health professionals to categorize an individual to a particular group of weight. This method is defined as the ratio between weight and height. Generally relates to the percentage of deposits of fat in the body, however people with increased muscle mass, or those with the broader framework of the body can also have a higher body mass index.
There are three ways to measure a person's body mass index, the first equation is dividing the weight in kilograms by height in meters squared. This is the most simple and universally used formula:
BMI = (weight in kg / (height in m x height in meters))
Another way to obtain the person's body mass index is dividing the person's weight in pounds 4.88 times by the square of height in feet. The last option is dividing the weight in pounds times 703 by the square of your height in inches.
BMI = (weight in lbs / (height in inches x height in inches)) x 703
BMI = (LB weight / (height in feet x height in feet)) x 4.88
You can use any of the above equations, depending on in which equation you are comfortable with. However, the first equation you are using the unit of measurement is highly recommended, because it is that use of health professionals.
Calculate body mass index, the next step is to interpret the results. Look at your body mass index and try to see BMI to fit the following categories:

However, the most alarming concern is the growth of the population of people with overweight and obesity. This problem has affected not only adults, but has also affected children as well.It is very important for everybody to know how to calculate the ideal weight because it can give you an indication if you need to eat more, eat less, or simply continue eating the same amount of food. In doing so, you will be saving yourself the hassle of finding medical interventions to help add or lose weight.
